With ACSD going back to a regular, face-to-face, full-day school schedule starting January 18, our Wednesday early-out schedule will return to normal with dismissal at 1:00 PM instead or 12:00 PM. Both AM and PM busing will be provided on early-out days.
Unless COVID-19 affects ACSD's regular, face-to-face, full-day school schedule, St. Patrick School will have normal early-out days, reflected on the academic calendar, on the following days at 1:00 PM:
Mar. 3 - 2 Hour Early Dismissal
Mar. 11 Parent Teacher Conf. Early Dismissal
Mar. 17 - 2 Hour Early Dismissal
Apr. 7 - 2 Hour Early Dismissal
Apr. 21 - 2 Hour Early Dismissal
May 5 - 2 Hour Early Dismissal
May 19 - 2 Hour Early Dismissal
Special Thank You to Matt English, ACSD Transportation Director, and Larry Hunt, ACSD Superintendent, for accommodating our busing needs during ACSD's hybrid learning schedule first semester.
God Bless,
Michael J. Volk, Principal

Parents,
Parent Teacher Conferences: After discussion with Jones County Public Health, St. Patrick School is allowed to have Parent Teacher Conferences at school as long as all participants wear masks, all participants practice social distancing, all participants limit the conference to 15 minutes or less, and all participants disinfect surfaces between each conference. If you prefer to not meet in person for conferences, please contact your teacher directly. Otherwise, please complete the online Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up sheet as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
God Bless,
Michael J. Volk, Principal

Parents, Guardians, and especially new families to St. Patrick School:
To Receive Text Message Alerts through School Messenger: Using your cell phone, text Y to 68453. You will receive an automated text response back stating that you are now registered to receive notifications. If you are not sure if you are signed up, go ahead and do it again. These text alerts are mainly for school delays, school cancellations, COVID announcements, or for notifying parents of emergency situations, but may also be used for reminders too.
Please notify Terrie directly if, after signing up to receive text message alerts, you did not receive a text alert at 2:30. Terrie will check PowerSchool to make sure your number is in the database correctly. If you do need to contact Terrie, please make sure you provide your full name and cell phone number (along with student name) for her to verify. Her email address is: secretary@stpatschool.us Thank you!
God Bless,
Michael J. Volk, Principal
